Julie did an outstanding job. She was knowledgeable and very responsive to any questions that I had. She made the process very smooth. 10/10 highly recommend. She would answer all of my calls or text. She would fight for the things we wanted, like a dishwasher. The seller couldn’t understand why it was such a big deal to us but she helped him understand and negotiated for us. Needless to say we have a dishwasher now. Thanks to Julie.

Originally I was talking through rocket mortgage shopping for houses. The agent referred me to Julie to help me look and to give me options. Through many months, Julie has stuck with me every step of the way. She has been such a great agent and very open-hearted. It didn’t matter what location or what reasonable time of the day, she would go out of her way to be with you when you was inspecting a house you wanted to look at. I provided Julie the criteria I needed for a short term rental property and she nailed it. She is an excellent negotiator as this property, which we bought rental ready, was purchased with $40K in equity AND totally furnished.

Julie is an amazing agent! She is so patient & dedicates herself to finding you the RIGHT place! She is very knowledgeable of real estate & keeps on top of the market, which is hard to do in this economy. We moved here from out of state and she was the first agent to immediately get back to us! We had a rather extensive list of what we were looking for and she was more than willing and supportive. She made recommendations that helped us narrow down our search more efficiently. We had some difficulties that were outside of Julie's job description, yet she was able to help us by referring us to other people who could help. She definitely went above and beyond. Then in the middle of our search our plans changed! Julie was extremely accommodating and made us feel as though we were no inconvenience at all! She helped us find the PERFECT place for us! Also, since we were new to the area our children had to come along on all of our searching. She was kind and patient with our four young children, which is extremely important to us! Julie Zittnan is an awesome realtor with which to work. She listened to what I was hoping to find and continued to research properties until we found what was a perfect fit for me to purchase. She did not sugar coat every listing we saw, like many realtors do, while making a buyer feel pressured for a quick sale. Through the whole process, she was very patient and caring.
