Tellico Lake is 33 miles long with 357 miles of shoreline and a reputation as being one of the cleanest lakes in East Tennessee. 

Coming to full pool for the first time in 1982, this Tennessee Valley Authority man-made lake sits on the bed of the Little Tennessee River. Unlike other TVA man-made lakes, Tellico Lake has a current. Its deepest point measures around 80 feet.

With the Smoky Mountains as its backdrop, this large lake, which is part of the 41,000 square miles of the Tennessee River System, is one of the most spectacularly beautiful and personally usable bodies of water in the southeast.
